No12 Hotel, guest house in North Berwick

All rooms at No12 Hotel have a plasma TV with Freeview, tea and coffee facilities and telephone. The decoration is contemporary and all rooms on the upper floors are accessed via a central wrought iron staircase.

Was meeting friends so decided to stay over. No12 is central location and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room and bar/dining area lovely. nothing appeared to be a problem.

We went to the Scottish Golf Open at the Renaissance golf course. Arrived here about 7:30pm and had an excellent evening meal. Fish & chips, steak pie & chicken curry. 👍 all were very good. Breakfast again very good. We stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage. Nicely furnished and had everything we required. Plenty of hot water on the evening and the next morning. The beds were extremely comfortable. Nice quality bedding & towels.

    The flat was in a great location, just behind the Main Street, ground floor apartment but very quiet. 3 bedrooms , 2 double, Single one was a low bed. apartment was recently updated, very clean, great shower and a lovely garden in the back that is enclosed but viewed by surrounding houses which is worth knowing but it was lovely sat outside even on a chilly March Day. great wifi, Large telly with Netflix etc.Space for one car , off road parking and near enough to train station to walk and catch train to Edinburgh.

    Great location, very comfortable bed, spacious for two.. kitchen small hut perfect for a short break for a couple. Lovely shower . Great private courtyard .Very quiet and in a perfect location for the beach..one minute walk, and all the bars, restaurants of North Berwick. Host was very quick to reply to questions. Would recommend and will definitely rectify we decide to go to North Berwick again.

    It was such a cute and perfect location for those wanting something a little more quiet. Gillian was such a responsive kind host! Highly recommend. We had such a relaxing time. North Berwick is close and beautiful, so are some other towns.

    The property was lovely and immaculately clean. The most comfortable bed and a fully fitted kitchen with everything required. One sitting room window looked out to the sea which was good. The location was perfect for the sea front, shops, restaurants and pubs. Although it was very central it was very quiet at night. We also really like the little 'court yard' it was set in. Our host was also excellent.
