West Coast Lodge, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Lahinch, 100 metres from Lahinch Beach, 11 km from Cliffs of Moher, as well as 42 km from Dromoland Golf Course. The guest house has family rooms.

When I booked this stay, I did so to be close to the Cliffs of Moher (which I would be visiting the next day), and because the price was more than reasonable. I did not know that the location would be so spectacular! The beach in Lahinch is just two blocks away along with the main strip of the town with restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops.

We arrived around 8pm and we were able to get in and leave our stuff right away to go get some food. Room was really cute and had everything we needed. Teresa let us keep our suitcases there the next morning as we had tours and wouldn't come back until 4ish (past check-out time) which was a life saver!!! She also prepared some coffee and home baked goods for us before going on our hike.

Friendly and helpful hosts, and the facilities, especially in the bathroom, were perfect. No sea view, but within walking distance of the pubs yet quiet and undisturbed by late night revellers.

Very quiet and spacious. we could hear voices through the wall, but wasn’t a problem for us. right across the street, we had our included breakfast at Glas across the street. The best breakfast we’d had in Ireland! the property is right across the street from the bus stop to take to the cliffs of Moher.
