It had everything we needed, was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The partial kitchen was nicely laid out and should meet most people’s needs. Jess and Jeff, don’t worry about the negative reviews - it looks like they were done by folks with nothing better to do.

Free high-speed WiFi is available. Margaret River is a 10-minute drive away. James & Jo are wonderful, treat everyone like family and are happy to recommend best places to visit. James is a super cook and the breakfasts are superb. Beautiful garden with kangaroos and exotic birds to greet you every morning. James does a great wine tour and will customise it to suit you. Close to beach and town. Highly recommend.

Each suite comes with a flat-screen TV and a seating area where you can relax. You will find a coffee machine, kettle and toaster in the suite. Everything was perfect. The place looks even better than in the photos posted on booking. The house design is beautiful and everything is in complete harmony with nature. We've seen kangaroos and rabbits everyday and the owners are so kind. We travelled WA from Perth to Esperance and stayed at different accommodations, but this was the best at every aspect. We'd love to come back here some day.

Each suite offers a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen, a dining setting and a flat-screen TV. Certain suite feature a seating area or courtyard with BBQ facilities. Every suite has a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and a hair dryer. Spencer Suites was a surprisingly nice find, a wonderful change from the run of the mill motels along the highway heading south from Perth. My suite was enormous and quite luxurious. Very well and tastefully appointed. A great place to spend a couple of days.

Bed and breakfast guest rooms include a full English breakfast. There are also self-catering three/four bedroom cottages. All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and indoor/outdoor dining options on covered verandahs. The setting is beautiful, although the gardens had suffered in the heat of summer but we could imagine how wonderful they would have been. The self catering chalet felt like home and was very comfotable. The owner, Joy, was very pleasant and informative. We wished we had stopped here on a previous visit to York.

A quiet, restful retreat in beautiful surroundings. Ruth and Rory were most hospitable hosts. Beautifully appointed accommodation with a great breakfast. Top class.

Built in the early 20th century, the elegantly renovated Margaret River Guest House features a guest lounge with a log fire. The garden is the perfect place to relax with a book from the library. We had such a lovely stay at Lisa and Keiran's Inn. It was so incredibly charming and perfectly curated. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the rooms were fully equipt and comfortable, and the property very quiet and relaxing. There was plenty of tea and an afternoon snack provided, fridge in the room with heated towel rack for the shower, and very comfortable beds. The location is a perfect walking distance into town, the the hosts were absolutely lovely, not much more you could ask for! Thank you for a nice get-away stay
