Great location, very close to Filey and not very far from Scarborough. The static caravan was very well equipped, perfect for the whole family. The caravan park is lovely and we felt safe enough to let our children go around by themselves. Dog park was really nice, to let doggie off to run around by herself and meet some new friends.

Our holiday has been completely spoilt. Due to the lack of or NO communication from the owners prior to our stay we have not been able to book any activities for my daughter as everything had been sold out. They do not tell you the correct details and state it is E9….there is no such caravan. They don’t want you looking up which caravan it is so you can cancel before the nightmare begins. The caravan was in an appalling state. Main points listed below. Overwhelming smell of stale smoke Extremely dirty Beds dirty Toilet broken - bowl behind Cupboards filthy Boiler broken Old heating No fire - not working Dangerous exposed wires Food, dirt and dust everywhere Rusty appliances Broken fixtures and fittings Dirty /burst nappy Rubbish inside and out Mouldy food and drink in fridge and freezer Absolutely terrible experience This caravan is not safe certainly not for a child. I had to book another caravan which has cost me double the price
