The staff at front desk were amazing. Always ready to assist you. They were available 24hrs, that was very usefull as our door closed in the middle of the night and they were there to gave us a master key. Also they have a daily whiteboard with the wheather and some Halifax festivals and activities inviting to draw...my daughter loved it. Also the stafg at the dinning room were increible, the food options and price of the buffet were great and they had many gluten free options and dairy free optios as well. Cleaning were perfect at the rooms, washrooms, and the entire building. The location is very accesible walkeable to water front and other places as Emera Oval Park, Citadel, Museums, spring garden road, etc.

Quite dated but clean and comfortable. Great location. A little cheaper than some other options but it's because you pay for parking separately
Great location & value for money, easy to access Halifax wWaterfront using bus & ferry.(much easier & cheaper than parking in city). Fishermans Cove nice & quiet with local shops & eateries, boardwalk and nature, views of water &.boars, great sunsets. I am very happy with our accommodation choice and will stay again if visiting Halifax.
Budget stay with great location. Rooms were passable but a bit warm (was hard to cool them down at night). Recommend getting a room on any floor but the basement (windows do not open down there) and also facing the courtyard vs the road (noisy).
great location, really great staff (we had an issue with a noisy guest staying next to us and staff resolved the issue straight away for us and went over and above to make sure we were all good). safe car park
I loved the location, I'm actually surprised how cheap it was for a hotel downtown. It's close to everything. Good restaurants near by, the ferry is 5 minutes away by car (could definitely walk). The neighborhood felt safe. Happy that the breakfast were hot with a bit of change every day. I saw the pool but didn't get to go since it was a LOT of kids their (I went in the morning), so I suggest going closer to the closing time if you want to relax. And btw is looks BETTER than the pictures.
I did say above how really amazing this hotel is, The service is awesome the rooms are great, great location but I do find it a bit pricey. I know it’s summertime so it’s always a little more expensive but it would be nice if it was a little cheaper.
There are many options according to your budget, We booked a 2 bedroom suite with private bathroom, microwave and a small fridge, enough to keep some snacks, make some sandwich and tea for breakfast. It's easy to walk from there to downtown/ the harbour (20/25 min walk), felt very safe, I could work from there too. Highly recommended.
Complimentary breakfast had good selection, room spacious, clean and sound proof. Great location in Dartmouth Crossing, close to shopping and restaurants.
Great location, very clean, cozy, private, safe. Jenny made us feel right at home.
