The 3 ladies that worked there was very friendly and anything I needed they helped me with. And they was so clean always cleaning the bathrooms showers and kitchen and every morning they was awake at 5AM doing a deep clean in the toilets and shower trays and floors using strong cleaning products to make sure it was completely clean for guests 👍🏼 definitely recommend this hostel.

Hello Hostel & Apartments is situated in central Bielsko-Biala. Its location provides easy access to the centre of town as well as the numerous historical sights. Free WiFi access is available through the hostel. It was very clean, super kind and helpful staff, amazing location.

Kitchen and good outside sitting area. Very friendly receptionist at bowling (due to my error I first bothered the vietnamese restaurant staff one floor above) Toilet, shower very clean. They give big towel. Good wifi. Top location.

Very clean. A spacy kitchen with everything, and a nice dining room. There is also a large and modern common area where you can chill out and meet others. I can absolutely recommend this hostel

The host is lovely, the food was simple but super tasty (we had dinner every day and sometimes breakfast)! The house is immersed in nature - inside of the forest with lots of opportunities for hiking. We were looking for a quite place in the nature and this hotel completely met the expectations.
