The rooms in the inn are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. At Number 31 Boutique Townhouse rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. Really nice room, a bit small but ideal for me as I was travelling alone.

If you like fine food and wine this is a great place to stay. We stayed 2 nights and had a superb dinner both evenings. It's a great location right in the middle of this lovely town. Rooms are simple but fine and very reasonably priced.
Dinner was delicious Staff really friendly Location good
10 lads in 2 3 bedroom apartments, enjoyed 4 days relaxing and sampling 1 or 2 Guinness in most pubs in town. Facilities spot on room very well equipment and plenty big enough. Also had good weather. Thanks Menlo Apartments super place.
I thought everything was excellent. I would give ye 5 stars and highly recommend staying there. Breakfast was brilliant, with so many options covered, and a great bonus to start your day. I thought the food was very good quality generally. Maybe the choice on the dinner menu was a little conservative but what we had was very good. All staff were really lovely. I felt very at ease there. I liked that there was a casual area to go for snacks, then the option to eat in the bar, and then the restaurant...
Really excellent stay. Lovely guest house with lots of character. Very good facilities and super breakfast beautifully served. Good pubs and restaurants a few yards away.
Our view was a window brick wall My goodness 😳 Also bar shut down by 11.30pm not a sinner to be seeing of a bank holiday Sunday just not acceptable 😑 was jus before 12 when we arrived back to hotel an front door locked disappointing couldn't end our night with a quiet drink in bar. Never in my life have I seen hotel close by this time very unsatisfied
Didn't have breakfast, had dinner was excellent. I had soup at lunch time, but a bit too thick I thought.
The best thing about Winnie’s Lodge was the location in Salthill. If you have never been to Galway, Salthill is my recommendation. It is away from the main part of Galway and very quiet. It also has many pubs and restaurants within walking distance of Winnie’s. The property was very clean which was a plus and offered a washer/dryer which we took advantage of.
Fred is a great innkeeper! Beautiful place, comfy beds, super clean, great breakfast!
