The hosts were amazingly friendly and always quick to respond and accommodate our requests. We absolutely loved the hearty and delicious breakfast – it really set us up for the day of exploring the nearby tourist spots, which were just minutes away. Being only a 10-minute walk from the city center for dinner was super convenient too.

The personal is very friendly,the room was spotless clean,smeled nice.There is an attention to small details that make this hotel excellent.We had a nice dinner, and the breakfast was good with plenty of fresh products.Highly recommend.

Houses are great, clean and with very good heating/Aircon system! Bar/restaurant is very comfortable to sit in and with good choice of food for lunch/dinner. All the staff is very friendly, kind and ready to help! Eugenia at the reception was very helpful and gave us so many useful infos and maps regarding the Lago Maggiore and what to visit! Thank you!

Giulio and his brother were fantastic helpful hosts. Helped us get dinner in the island and gave other recommendations 😊 The views to the lake are beautiful. The breakfast outside with a view was a highlight for us. Great value for money.

The waiters are professional and friendly, the indoor pool is huge and warm. The views are stunning. Dinner was excellent. We were upgraded to lake views as I paid a premium price compared to travelers who came by bus.

The views to the lake were impressive and awesome. The different animals living there are beautiful and great experiences. The style and decoration of the Hotel was outstanding. Vintage and rustic style. Room was very clean. The forest are amazing for going for a walk with the dog. You can encounter wild animals in the forest as well. The whole hotel concept is simply fantastic to enjoy the quietness and relax with the family.

Fantastic from the beginning to the end. The host is very kind, available and knowledgeable. The apartment is spotless, super comfy, obviously designed professionally. Nothing is missing! Highly recommended. We will go back for a longer stay.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Any demand was covered promptly. Clean rooms, water and coffee available. Great opportunity to make family barbecue and even more, a medieval tavern of 15th century is available for an authentic dinner with a family or a company of friends directly on site.
