We had a little inconvenience and he was extremely decisive. Since we got to the apartment he was really nice, friendly and educated. The place is very clean and it has all you could need to spend a couple of days. Is very near the beach but in a quiet neighborhood. They even have lookers to leave your things in case your room is not ready or you want to take a walk on your last day.

A very comfortable and well presented decent sized apartment in a fantastic location very close to all the restaurants and bars in the Old Town which has great vibe.Although we didn’t self cater much ,the apartment is well equipped for those who wish to do so.We also spent a couple of hours in the Spa area on the roof which is very tastefully set up. Communication with the owners was great and we had no issues checking in We found getting a taxi from the airport very easy (20 euros door to door) and found it just as easy to tram to the airport when we left.(10 min walk to Colon tram station with cases) Fully recommended and thank you

All of the houses include air conditioning, heating and a fireplace. They have a living area with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen equipped iwth an oven, microwave and washing machine. We enjoyed so much our stay! Very clean and comfy apartment, well equipped, in a quiet place just 30min from Valencia center and close to many other beautiful places to visit. The owner Mari is kind and welcoming, her suggestions on what to do in the area were really helpful - and definitely stop by her restaurant, we had a great paella there!

A TV is provided. Spa was great. Owners were very friendly and helpful. It was my wifes birthdau and they gave her free cava and a red rose.

This charming decor is complemented by modern amenities such as air conditioning and, in some rooms, hydromassage baths. This hotel is a GEM! It is beautifully decorated, the entire property was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, bath and shower products were provided, there is a small refrigerator in the room, as well as a safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights...the first night the hotel made a meal for its guests for an extra charge. Breakfast each morning is included. Location is excellent, right in town! Would definitely stay here again!
