With free WiFi, this 1-bedroom holiday home provides a TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and kitchenware. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

The views are spectacular. It’s a cosy little place, really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s been thoughtfully done with the comfort of guests in mind. It’s only a short drive from Pooley Bridge, which has two great pubs, the Ullswater steamer and shops. I didn’t want to leave.

We were given a room on the corner of the building which gave us views out two sides. The room was clean and warm as well as very spacious. Bathroom was brilliant and shower superb. Restaurant was fabulous and food top quality. Service by hotel and restaurant staff brilliant, informative and friendly. We had a wonderful stay after we had just finished a week long cruise. It really capped off our holiday in a positive way. Highly recommend this place.

Location was superb as was the guest house. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from and the cooked breakfast was perfection! I have read some of the previous reviews regarding this Bed and Breakfast and despair the clue is in the title - BED AND BREAKFAST - dinner is not an option so why even mention it in a review. There are many many wonderful places to have dinner around the vicinity we tried a different place each night and had the best time exploring this wonderful beautiful place.

This hotel was lovely and has a beautiful garden as well as a little beach. Room is comfortable and spacious enough. Good patio access for our dog. The dinner at the regency restaurant was outstanding and one of the best we’ve had ! The WiFi internet connection drops occasionally but was not a big issue. The only thing the hotel could improve on is the breakfast. For a nice and reasonably expensive luxurious hotel, it is quite unacceptable to charge supplement for smoke salmon and eggs. It should all be inclusive.
