A luxurious 5-star hotel in the heart of Brussels, this boutique hotel was refurbished in 2019 and offers guests a 24-hour gym with a sauna as well as air-conditioned rooms with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. There was 24/7 room service, so when we got in from a conference at 11pm we could order food, which was such a relief. The food was exceptional! The location is very central; just a 5 min walk from the Parc Royal, and a very short bus ride from Grand Place. The area is lovely and quiet in the evenings too, so we slept very well. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before check-in (2pm) and after check-out (12 noon) whilst we explored the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, nicely decorated and have all the amenities we could have asked for. We had forgotten to bring a European travel adapter, but the kind staff at reception were able to let us borrow one for a small deposit. We had a great stay!
