The room was clean and had all the necessary equipment for living. I liked the hotel's cleaning policy, because cleaning is done every three days to save water. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the U-bahn so very fast and easy to access the city center and attractions. Not far from underground and grosseries. There is playground nearby, it's comfortable if you travel with kids.

There is plugs and pockets to put your stuff. Everything was cleaned. I was positively surprised by the showers and toilets. Common area is nice and well equipped. I talked with some people there. The QR code system worked well for me: you register online and you get a QR code on your phone to unblock doors and capsule bed. It is a bit away from the center of Vienna but well connected. You can take the subway and the tram. The price was good.
