Great staff contributed to super positive atmosphere. Helpful, friendly, pro-active, but without being overbearing. Brteakfasdt crew were sensational both days. Really easdy to use from a check-in/check out perspective.

Located just across the Vienna Opera House, Le Meridien was the perfect location for a quiet and comfortable stay. The breakfast was exceptional! The staff was so courteous and helpful. I would definitely be back.

I like the apartment was large with terrace, comfortable big bed. Comfortable shower. Fast registration. Cleaning every day. Not far from underground and grosseries. There is playground nearby, it's comfortable if you travel with kids.

Classic Marriott, great service, location, amenities. Excellent breakfast and number of inhouse restaurants, which is convenient when travelling with kids.

Possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Very accommodating staff. Our room even had a skylight and it was a wonderful edition. Clean room. Excellent location. Easy walking distance to St. Steven's and a straight shot to the U4.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite satisfactory. The cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, which contributed significantly to a comfortable experience. Its proximity to the metro station made commuting hassle-free, a definite plus for travelers exploring the city. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and provided a good variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

We highly appreciated the location, entrance from main street, both in the hotel and in the underground garange, size of the room and all the facilities, cleanliness, care for the customer (we changed the reservation date, the hotel team replied fast and professional to our request and questions), process of check in easy and fast with online registration, a "very well done" well deserved Citadines team!

The location was outstanding, smack in the middle of the city where all the attractions are But that is not the best attribute of Hotel Bristol. The staff, esp the concierge, were outstandingly helpful and effective. The Concierge got me awesome tickets ti Giselle at the last minute as well was reservations at a Michelin starred restaurant. Bravo

Good morning, I was not able to register easily, then I got jealous and booked another hotel

Paid for breakfast but didn’t receive it because the staff claimed my NHS double dose Covid vaccine was invalid according to Vienna standards. Apparently this law came into effect two weeks before my arrival in Vienna. This wasn’t communicated on the Marriott hotel website, or on Booking.com or the Austrian website for Covid travel guidelines.
