Located in Ithaca, 7.4 km from Ithaca College, The Grayhaven Motel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a bar. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The accommodation offers room service and free WiFi throughout the property.

The GreyHaven is a wonderful place in Ithaca! This is a family run operation and they have renovated all the rooms! The outdoor facilities include Adirondack chairs around several fire pits and there's wood to start a fire too provided with the room. The attention of the owners was wonderful and I cannot express how accommodating they were. We went to Ithaca beer and the owner even offered to pick us up if necessary. Brkfst was in a clean, roomy location well stocked with standard motel breakfast options. Food was fresh and location had large window on two sides. Cheery/comfy.

Small room (not a negative), updated bathroom/vanity area. Very clean for the value. The price point was the most important factor in choosing this location and I was incredibly satisfied. Parking right outside the room (motel style), no need for valet/no extra charge for parking. Accessible for my disabled partner. :)

The room was cheap and close to the activities and stores we planned to go to. The room was on the end of the motel so there were less neighbors. They offered a breakfast but we did not check it out.

Room was as expected, with all the usual amenities. Breakfast was okay - all the usual stuff (pancakes, juices, breads, spreads, coffee/tea), and hot food that consists of sunny side ups (that look like they were made from liquid eggs) and sausages. I've had better-tasting eggs at other motels though.

The breakfast was good. My family particularly liked the location. It is just situated five minutes away from the town whereby you can get all the necessary things. In the morning, the view was simply picturesque and certainly provided a homely feeling. Having breakfast while watching the surroundings being covered in snow was really cooling to the eyes. The staff running this motel is very warm and friendly as well.

The name describes it perfectly, think old house cleverly renovated with small designer en-suite rooms, a social “common” room, with on tap beer, wine and good coffee.
