The location is about 20 minutes from Newport on most low traffic days and the commute was tolerable for the fest. I would highly recommend the hotel. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortably appointed, and well equipped with shampoo, soap, conditioner, and even a toothbrush. Everything was NEW.
