Everything was so easy. We picked up a car in Lille, drove 3 hours, parked in the underground car park with a pedestrian exit (“rue de l’hopital”) right opposite the building’s front door. Dominique had sent me the code the day before to pick up the keys. Up the stairs and we were in. A lovely haven above the crowds of a thriving old town. The shower is a gorgeous grotto with lots of hot water!

1. Location is exceptional. It doesn't get better than that. Right in the heart of the old city. From your windows you can see justice palais, le gros horlog is around the corner and all attractions are in the circle where you are in the centre. It means you can reach any tourist sight in few minutes 2. The appartement has all the facilities you might need for a short stay. 3. It has a designer touch, if you are a fan. 4. WiFi worked without a glitch. 5. Dominique was super helpful and responsive, and a very nice gentleman in general.

We chose to repark the car a bit further away (5 minutes walk) near some new multistory buildings with better lighting – it worked out fine. The stay was very enjoyable.

Free Private secure parking in the walled garden at the rear of the property was a big plus .It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Train station area and 15 mins to the lovely historic area where there are plenty of restaurants act. Access to the property and car park was easy with the key card. Prior to arrival I received a number of texts from the owners with directions and a helpful short video. I got an extra text on arrival to check were satisfied with everything.

Did not meet hosts but when we contacted via Booking .com very prompt replies. Excellent Location, just a 15/20 minute walk to centre. Large secure off street parking in a large private car park Rouen is a great visit for 2/3 days Plenty to see. Highly recommend

The room was bright and clean and had everything you would expect from a Campanile, which in my opinion is slightly higher quality than competitors at a similar cost. Onsite parking in a secure car park and the rates aren't too high.

The rooms are quite basic, but we were only there for 1 night so it was a great stopover. The staff were excellent and the breakfast good, there is also secure underground parking nearby which the hotel sorted for us. There are lots of things to do and see within walking distance, including good bars and restaurants.

The buffet breakfast is plentiful and there is a good range of good fresh food. The underground parking is also great value at €0.60 per hour and it’s reassuring to know your car is in a secure private car park. We often stay here as an overnight break from the Channel Tunnel to our house in the Loire Valley. It’s very good value for money and we have never been disappointed.
