It started with a warm welcome from exceptional hosts. The whole farm feels sprinkled with fairy dust. Everything about this farm is magical, even the glorious food made by Christine! Homemade ice cream, perfectly cooked steak and the best French toast ever. The real stars of course being all the animals, including a cat and two dogs. The highlight however has to be the most incredible cart ride, pulled by a glorious beast named Vulcan (I can safely say I might have fallen a bit in love with him). It was exhilarating and a must if you visit.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast sitting on the terrace while 2 ponies munched on the lawn. Christine, the delightful owner, is rightly proud of her wonderful horses and we were invited to sit on Shadowfax, South Africa's largest horse. The property is peaceful and in a beautiful location. The animals blew my 3 year old away, from the frogs, dogs, ponies, chickens & horses. The room was comfortable and fit 3 adults and 2 children comfortably. Will definitely return to this property!
