Everything was almost excellent. The room very big and clean. The staff very friendly. Bonus points it is very close to the train station and to bus lines. The fact that you can buy water, beer, snacks, sweets, etc at the front-desk is a big plus.

We stayed before at the Ramada and we will again. It has a secured parking and the location is close to the metro station so accessible from/to anywhere in the city. The staff members are all very friendly.

I booked last minute and they accommodated my request to arrive rather late (between 23h and 00h). The room was super spacious, clean and the staff member super helpful and accomodating. Bonus points for the breakfast at the place around the corner.

The whole apartment was great! The best part of it was the exceptional shower. Eventhough we never saw the host in person, she was very helpful with everything we needed. Bonus points for all the coffee, teas and food left for us :)

Beautiful location near Lugano Lake, Camping is very nice, however packed with many chalets very close to each other. Extra bonus points for playground and outdoor swimming pool with area for children, were they could play safely. Our chalet was small but had everything we needed and had lovely terrace, were we could spend time relaxing.

the staff was super nice by providing breakfast as early as 5 am due to us fasting in this Ramadan month, very appreciated.

A perfect little apartment for a pleasant stay. Super clean and with modern amenities. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Check in process was very efficient with all details sent in full detail in advance. Nice and safe area close to Bocconi. Bonus points for the free breakfast package provided.

Very spacious room. We shared a bathroom and it was always well-maintained (bonus points for the view from bathroom). Great location. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable.

Location fanstastic. Staff were great. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant downstairs was lovely. Stored bag for us too after checking out which is always great. Also, bonus points for the Monkey Decor ;-)
