Owners were very helpful and approachable. We hired bikes, which were in great condition and ideal for a days activity and getting around the town. Would highly recommend

Located in Dendermonde and within 34 km of Mechelen Trainstation, Boutique Hotel Marie Marie features a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. Recently renovated with nice character and a short walk to the town square with bars and restaurants. We stayed in one of the rooms in the roof which was very good, comfy bed and bath with separate large shower. All staff were lovely, friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast recommended, particularly as limited options nearby. Street parking expensive but library (100m away) was €5 a day.

Offering an à la carte restaurant, a bar and a terrace, Hotel Grupello is located a 9-minute walk from the central Market Square of Geraardsbergen. Everything was absolutely perfect! Great staff - so helpful with everything! The beds were really comfy and the bathroom was spacious, modern and spotless. Breakfast was simply amazing - I don't recall seeing so many delicious foods at breakfast anywhere. A great find. We'll definitely be back.

Housed in a mansion from 1838, the small Hotel Royal Astrid is set on Keizersplein Square, within 200 metres from the Aalst's central Market Square. It offers free WiFi, a bar and a terrace. it is a really very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. came as a surprise to us. the setting is excellent and the food is outstanding.

The 4-star Keizershof Hotel is situated in the centre of Aalst, just over a 10-minute walk from Aalst Railway Station. There is free Wi-Fi throughout. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Bed was pretty comfortable, nice and neat. Excellent bathroom with a big walk in shower..also very good idea with the roomkey to save energy while not present in the room.
