Location is a bit scary first, you have to drive 1 km on hill outside the city like to Dracula castle and the place actually looks similar but then it’s amazing castle, quiet, outside but very close to the city of Liberec. Just outside the fence you have amazing rocks and you are immediately on the walking paths in mountains and forests. Staff is great, beauty lady at the bar and Polish speaking man in reception.

One feels like somewhere in Austria, due to the style of the exterior of the buildings. We were upgraded to a studio type room which was spacious and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and so helpful especially Marta and Matty. They spoke good English as well. It's a km walk from tram stop. The view and surrounding was breathtaking. Breakfast was good. We didn't try out the wellness facilities though. Ještěd was few stops away by tram.

This hotel is probably the best one I've ever stayed in the Czech Republic. It's retro atmosphere is entirely a time capsule, with stylish fittings and furniture. The staff is extremely nice and the breakfast is just the perfect way to start the morning. I totally recommend it and I really hope the owners will preserve it's charm forever.

Very friendly staff, especially at the bar / restaurant and reception. Half board was a little too meaty for my taste, but after I told the waiter that, there were two salads on the buffet the next day. Maybe a coincidence, but if not: Thank you! My kid loved the playroom and I could hang out in front of the fireplace at the bar while she played - perfect! The room was nice and clean, the pool area is amazing, too! We will be back 😊
