The staff were very accommodating, very helpful and took initiatives to make the stay even more enjoyable. The room (medium) was relaxing, clean, spacious and include several features such as coffee, tea, sparkling water maker and a water boiler. Hotel's location is very convenient as it is in the center of Porvoo and close to a hypermarket, several restaurants/cafes and site attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

But why eat in when you have Albina downstairs—a fabulous restaurant! Book your room with the breakfast which is incredible and served in Albina downstairs. Good quality linens, comfy beds. Doggie beds and treats which my picky dogs loved. Quiet.

All our questions were answered and all our wishes were taken into account. + a free parking lot near the hotel + a great location. There is a nice park and a great waterfall within a two-minute walk from the hotel. Our 2 year old son liked it! + a great bed + good breakfast + all the amenities listed in the description of accommodation + saunas and swimming pool were included but we didn't go there We want to thank everyone who made our rest so comfortable and calm.
