From the moment Mr Thom picked us up at the airport, to the moment we said goodbye, we were treated like royalty. The staff are super friendly and they go out of their way to assist. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. Feels like a 5 star hotel, great value for money. Highly recommended.

Boasting a spa and an outdoor pool, Mane Village Suites offers accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood in Siem Reap. The location is convenient, close to the riverside, the pub street and several markets. The staff are amazing! They are very patient and attentive. We rescheduled our night bus very last minute, but they still managed to reply to me and reschedule the complimentary pickup from the bus station very quickly. We arrived at 4:30 am and they let us stay in their spa room for a nap, which is so nice and helpful. The check-in was very smooth and fast. Our bags were already put into our room, which is very close to the pool with a great view. They also packed our breakfast when we went for a sunrise tour. Before we left, they offered a spare room for us to take a quick shower and free dropoff at the bus station. Somehow they managed to remember our names and which room we stayed in. Breakfast is good and included in the rate. There are also fresh fruits every day. The pool is great! Highly recommend and will consider going back next time when I visit Siem Reap!

The closest hotel to Angkor Temples - To explore Angkor Temples and Siem Reap Town on foot at your own leisurely pace, “People by The Community” is the best choice. Great rooms and beautiful hotel. The pool area was nice and clean. The most amazing thing was the staff though. They are super kind and thoughtful. Everyone of the staff made us feel welcome throughout the visit and helped with recommendations, transport etc.

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. We had a really lovely stay at The Urban and in Siem Reap! All the staff was nice, helpful and friendly! The breakfast was delicious and fresh, as were the other meals. I really appreciate that they use only local produce and that they take different actions in terms of sustainability! You can also help with tree planting. The position is super, a really short walk from the center but in a quiet area for a good sleep. Bedroom clean and with all the comforts. Hope to be back one day! Thank you Miss you, Teresa (Tera as you called me 😁) and Francesco!
