If you have little children & looking for a perfect family vacation spot, this is the one! All the staffs were working so hard and very friendly. Their service was excellent! This hotel is located right in front of the sand beach & that beach is known as one of the best kids friendly beach in Mallorca. Even though the resort doesn't have its own parking lot, it wasn't a problem. The local bus stop wasn't far away from the resort as well. There's always a street parking spot near the resort and it's Free. It is far away from Palma, but Alcudia was actually better to explore with young kids. We traveled with 2 & 4 years old & The room was quite small, but we barely stayed at room. Air conditioning worked great & the beds were comfortable. We did half day plan for a week, and it work great for us. The restaurant at the restaurant was amazing, we didnt mind eating breakfast & dinner at the same restaurant at the same resort for 7 days! There are lots of local resturants and supermarkets near the resort, so we were comfortable.

amazing food at the buffet and restaurants. the pools were all fantastic. the staff were wonderful and so good with children. the room (we stayed in a junior living room suite) was fantastic too.

Great Kids Club, the staff were very enthusiastic and the kids loved them. And the showers are fantastic too.

Staff was amazing, friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were always clean and so was the resort in general. It's a 5 min walk to the nearest beach but I would recommend to rent a car just to visit more places and beaches. The city of Alcudia is worth a trip for sure.

Spacious rooms and terraces. A great swiming pool and a lovely bar-restaurant. Lots of coctails and delicious food. Plenty of other bars and restaurants within 10 min walk. The beach seems away on the map but in fact is only 15 min walk from the hotel. The staff are great - very friendly and accomodating.

The location is exceptional. The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable Outstanding terrace with a beautiful sea view. Close proximity to the beach.
