The hotel was absolutely amazing. Largest rooms I’ve ever had in Dubai. The location is 1 min from a walkway to Dubai Mall. The staff went above and beyond for us. Really amazing. When we left our mobile in a taxi the staff helped us get it back. Fantastic stay.

The bland chicken briyani and hamburger. They could have had better flavor/seasoning even if trying to cook for a variety of international guests taste. However, luckily Dubai Mall is right next door for more food variety. Breakfast was fine with nice buffet assortment.

Friendly and helpful staff, as well as, the location was great for access to downtown Dubai attractions. The central location allowed for easy transport to other locations in the city. The room was clean with all amenities plus a lovely balcony view of the skyline. Spa staff were helpful as I needed a leg/knee/foot massage after my long trip through the airport.

The washing machine combo dryer doesn’t dry properly. Requested clothes rack instead and were delivered immediately although they were in very old rusty conditions. Will be handy to be provided with laundry basket. The pool towel was not allowed to be brought back into the room which was awkward. This should be a basic facility.

The staff were super helpful and tried to accommodate all our needs. They were on standby 24/7 with friendliness.

I stayed few days I will I could have more days

The service was exceptionally memorable from the very first day, starting with the warm reception from Abby. Throughout my stay, whenever I had a question or needed information, I preferred to approach the front desk rather than calling because I enjoyed the service and the friendly smiles of the team, led by Mr. Saber at reception, who were incredibly helpful. The room was outstanding, the view breathtaking, and the tranquility of the area along with the overall ambiance of the building was remarkable. I will highly recommend Damac Maison Mall Street when I return home to Tanzania.

The lift was taking too long to arrive and there wasn’t enough sockets in the room.The water of the shower was a bit hot.

The hospitality at the reception was magnificent. I arrived at the property at 6 am prior to check in time. Mr. Saber and Miss Abi upgraded my room to be a 2 room apartment with 0 cost and checked me almost 6 hours earlier,

The apartments are old and some things are not working properly, the waiting time for the elevator is long

The staff are excellent, helpful, the location is excellent in Downtown, 5 minute walk from Dubai Mall, The apartments are very spacious some offer Burj Khalifa views

Room was too cold

Staff very friendly, location perfect, nice terrace, reception took care of my refrigeration-needing items before check in and took them into my room in my absence. 24 hour reception returned my deposit at 4 AM upon checking out. All room had slippers, the kitchen was new and fully furnished, but no bathrobes in the bathrooms. The room was very cold.

Breakfast is not up to the standard you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Poor selection. The food is good but very limited. Don´t expect anything made from pork like bacon or anything like that. The Wifi connection was constantly resetting and the connection was coming and going.

The positioning of the hotel is second to none regarding being close to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai fountain. It´s close in a way to the Dubai Metro. The staff is excellent in every way. I had communications with the front desk, the tour guide operator and the cleaning staff and everything was top notch.
