Everything was good except the pool area was too cold

The apartment was cleaned daily including doing the dishes, also had bottles of drinking water and fresh towels provided daily which was nice. We just weren't sure if the sheets were changed during our 5night stay as it wasn't changed after our first night and every other time the rooms were cleaned in our absence. All the staff were nice and very helpful throughout our stay.

I stayed with my family in the hotel. I was very happy with the help of Mr Yasser from the hotel bookings. The staff were very friendly. The apartment was clean and the service was very good. Will definitely stay in the Marriot when im nxt in Dubai.

the ensuite bathroom for the main bedroom could have been bigger. The windows needed cleaning outside.

the hotel suites are located very conveniently for me and the suite itself was very large: two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, ironing room and more. For one person, staying just one night, I couldnt fully use the space but maybe next time I will. The view over the marina (as seen in my photo) is taken from floor 26, where I was located.

The staff at the reception asked me to deposit AED 500 as the security when I checked in though I prepaid for the stay several days before. I deposited 500 AED with my credit card. The staff told me when I checked out that the deposit will be cancelled soon. Now 10 days passed since I checked out, but they did not cancelled it yet.

This was a repeat visit. Kudos to Jamila and Janet from the front desk. Big thanks to them for their exceptional hospitality, and they really made the stay very comfortable. I am looking forward to staying at the hotel again in the near future.

This was a family celebration event. Staff were very attentive, making a special effort to look after us and make us feel welcome. Yasser, Jhon and Arun merit particular mention, although all of the hotel staff were friendly, efficient and considerate. Room was good, all clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good.

Houskeeping could have been a little more attentive to some details while cleaning as they sometimes missed one or two areas.

The hotels location is fantastic, given the proximity to the dubai harbour, the marina, to supermarkets and eateries. The staff was great throughout our stay and did their best to accommodate us for all requests. From John at the front desk, to Brown in guest relations, to Arun at the bell desk and the rest of the team were really great. The counter culture cafe had great breakfast options and a great cappuccino! Observatory was a great restaurant with great views of the palm.

They had some noisy renovation work close to our room and next day without problem we were relocated away from the noise and discounted for the inconvenience.

Styling and furnishings a but dated. TV channel selection is not great for international travellers.

AC worked but wasn't always cold enough (as some others mentioned). Part of my view was marred by unsightly construction (not much the hotel can do about that). The 2bdrm doesn't have a balcony, but the 1bdrm does (I think).

Staff and location are excellent. I was upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite, which is massive. Perfect if you're travelling as a family/group.

The hotel was great, but we decided to visit in the end of June, which is too hot. But that has nothing to do with the hotel, obviously. The only negative thing was the travel agent in the lobby. When asked about prices for waterparks, jetski tours and other activities, he always said double the price that we wound up paying after booking online.

The room was really nice and the view excellent (facing the harbor and palm). Very spacious and modern and the staff was really nice and helpful. The rooftop bar was nice with a fantastic veiw (53rd floor). Also, the marina is right outside where walking around and trying various restaurants is very nice.

The reception, the view and the spacious nature of the apartment with it's facilities

I was particularly fascinated by Jamila and Mr Kamal for exceptional reception and enthusiasm towards helping us enjoy our stay. The breakfast too was exceptional. I will recommend that Mr Kamal and Jamila be commended.

Cleanness at the beginning I think some furniture and fixtures such as tubs or washing machine/fridge need to be renewed

First impression did not reflect Marriott image at all in special cleanness however thanks to N.C. Their executive house keeper for her follow up. All in all the stay ended good thanks I also want to thank reception or other staff such as Malik thanks to him he was very helpful.
