A stunningly beautiful hotel with a charm. The details of the interior are definitely exceptional - the swimming pool on the top floor is a gem ! Great facilities and very caring/helpful staff. I have enjoyed my stay and this is definitely a place worth to try :-)

Breakfast is veery tasty and lot of varieties. Location is very convenient. Room is spacious. I had an issue during my stay but Mr Eslam Ragab and Mr Abdallah Chabbi were very attentive, professional, competent and did they very best to make my stay convenient and comfortable. Am delighted that they extended their help all the way. Thank you both!

Location wasn’t the best we needed to taxi everywhere for the vacation we planned but equally next to a huge mall Breakfast was a bit chaotic/ unorganised Little sun at the pool so we had to go to the beach every day

Spa facilities like steam and sauna missing. Outdoor jacuzzi was not hot enough for this winter weather apart from the debris floating all over the rooftop jacuzzi.

Front desk Mr Sachar was friendly and took care of our occasion. Good, clean calm and cozy rooms. Sumptuous buffet dinner coupon at discounted rates for guests was a good deal.

Most of the staff was very helpful, except for the manager on duty when we arrived, who was cold and not accommodating at all. We suffered an inconvenience with another hotel for our first night in Dubai. After running out of options, we went to Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate a day earlier to see if there was any possibility of being assisted as we had no place to go to. Amidst feeling very lost, the manager was not interested in our plight and summarily sent us to Avani hotel :-( The service around the hotel was not up to standard - the outside sitting area adjacent to the main entrance was often dirty and tables were not cleaned after guests left. We used to relax in this area every evening and often had to call on the staff to clean the table before we could be seated. Too much work happening around the hotel which made one feel that you are at a property that was incomplete. Very unsettling. Even the grounds around the hotel was dirty. One section had so much dirt and even an abandoned shopping card from the mall across the way.

Most of the staff was very helpful. I had the unfortunate experience of losing my wedding ring on the last day of our stay and only discovered this when we reached the airport as we departed to return home. Thankfully I managed the reach the hotel just as we were about to board our flight back to our country. The ring was found and kept in safekeeping until I could arrange for it to be collected by a close friend who was returning back to our country two days later. The service provided in this regards was short of amazing and I was so happy to finally get my wedding ring back. The arrangement with the beach resort was a pleasant touch. Loved the beach resort and the system for getting there and returning back to the hotel.
