Very hot rooms and impossible to adjust temperature. Terrible food and very expensive for tasteless food. The hotel should atleast provide free 2 bottles of water, tissues and body lotion. No kettle and tea / coffee making facility in the room.

The breakfast is argentinian style, thus it does not offer any vegetables which I missed. The only thing I would change is their TV- is quite old, no netflix access or even a cable to connect your computer. Keep in mind that the hotel is a 15 min walk to the center and on a hill- for us it was a plus as it allowed us to walk a bit every day. I am not sure is suitable for elderly people as it is in a steep hill.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is great and the bed is king size and very confortable. The heated pool is quite amazing after a long day of hiking or tours.

Parking and main entrance was difficult for anyone with a mobility issue. Parking lot small and on a hill . Steps from there to entrance uneven large planks. Elevator was not working 50 % of time and our room was 4 levels up. Breakfast was poor. Mostly sweets and breads. Only gluten free options was sweet yogurt and rice cakes. No breads or dedicated cereal or granola.

Beds were comfortable with lovely bed linen. The bathroom was a good size and the room was okay. Breakfast was pretty uninspiring; The hotel did not like it when we asked if we could borrow a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine that we had bought - they wanted to charge corkage, even though we were drinking it in our room.

The girls that work at the breakfast buffet were terrible, all the place was messy, we have to ask for several things several times, for example, silverware, water, etc. Terrible service in the included breakfast

Dead service, outdated hotel, terrible location. I Get it, difficult to provide 5 star luxury in such a remote location, so don’t bother trying. Amen

For our previous stay there was a 40 minute delay on check-in. This time we had to wait one hour as the family in front of us had an online booking with Wyndham that was causing confusion. Eventually we understood that the main issue was the poor guy (just one) on the front desk was only on his second day in the job! Yes it was Boxing Day but even so, that is not good staff management. We also agreed to have a breakfast pack made up as we needed to leave for the airport at 5.45am and breakfast service didn't begin until 6am. Unfortunately the communication for this had broken down so we grabbed a couple of croissants and made a dash for it. Some process and staff training improvements are definitely required!

Room was nice and comfortable. Dinner in the hotel was decent. Parking was handy so we could drive off easily in the morning with no issues.

Checking in was a disaster as they couldn't find our booking, although they honoured this as we had evidence from Booking.com. It was 2.30pm so after about 40 minutes we headed off to have lunch and left them to it. While it is technically a short walk down the hill, we ended up driving into town for restaurants as it isn't the most pleasant trail. We also suggest better signage around the car park and where to go for reception too as this was a little confusing.

Our room was decent; hotel lobby is spacious; restaurant quality was generally very good. We also enjoyed the pool and had a massage, which was arranged by the front desk.

Everything was great.

Everything! Excellent facilities and staff. The waiter at the breakfast quickly went to get me almond milk from the shops as they had just run out when I arrived - so nice! Very professional manager. We even extended our stay for one night which was no hassle at all and they matched our rate on booking. We enjoyed the pool and sauna.

There were a number of things we found disappointing: -The pillows were lumpy, and the bedroom was extremely hot. It was very noisy outside from a nearby bar, traffic noise and dogs barking so difficult to have the window open at night. - No facilities in the room to make tea and coffee. - overall the food, including breakfast, was poor. Tasteless, stale bread, watery scrambled eggs, limited healthy options.

Our room and bed were both very spacious. The staff were generally helpful too.
