The wifi was slow, the bathroom very small and like a wet room so post shower it was hard not to get wet feet, socks etc. A kettle would have been nice.

Hotel Elefant is a fantastic boutique, heritage Hotel. Situated centrally in the Old Town near Mozarts Birthplace. Comfortable bed . Beautiful spacious room. Sad to leave.Friendly staff

The small bathroom.

The location and fun elephant theme were the best parts of the hotel. The breakfast was good, with a nice assortment of food. The room was fine, but the bathroom and shower were small. The shower doors did not close completely, so it was impossible not to get the bathroom floor wet.

The showerhead wasn’t adjustable so the water drenched the floor as you got into the cubicle and the lamp flickered on and off. The lights in the dining room flickered too.

The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast included smoked salmon, bacon and sausages as well as a range of fruits, breads and cereals. The restaurant staff provided me with non dairy options & couldn’t have been more helpful.

All the points for Sebastian (reception) he is extremely helpful! Hotel is an average but with great location. Its clean and well maintained. Bathroom was quite small and the room did not have view .

Did not know there was limited driving access into the old city. Took our driver about 15 minutes to determine how to access.

The bed was harder than we are used to however with an addition duvet it was better.

Wonderful breakfast, lots of choices. The fresh squeezed vegetable/fruit juice was quite a treat!

Small rooms when you have 2 large suitcases but easy enough to manoeuvre around.

Easy to find hotel just in the old city close to the river and close to all the sites. The breakfast buffet is generous and the ground floor restaurant has some good local specialties on the menu

We requested and were assured we would have a room with 2 twin beds but that wasn't available when we got there. Had to pay additional uros which I felt was unfair but did anyway for separate sleeping arrangements.

Location was amazing. Food at restaurant (I know it's separate) but what an added treat! The best food I had on our trip.

Staff were warm and welcoming and gave me ideas for restaurants and tourist sites. I arrived early and they let me check into an available room. They called a taxi for me when I needed to return to the train station. Wirsthaus Elefant next door was delicious for lunch and dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious spread of eggs, meats, toast, cereal, espresso machine, juice machine

No tea and coffee facility in the rooms or hotel lobby. We were sent to Soho restaurant adjoining the hotel and were met with rudeness, a 9 euro bill for machine coffee and a comment of use Starbucks when we left!!

Typical Continental Breakfast, bacon and sausage options were empty. Not a big issue though, plenty to eat.

We would have loved to have wash cloth size Towels and a coffee maker in the room. All Hotel rooms need coffee makers To Keep the guests happier.

Loved the outdoor restaurant and bed was very comfy. Nice, quite Hotel And Lovely theme Decor with the elephants. Classy decor And ambiance. Right in the Old town. Couldn’t have been more Convenient.
