We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe bed mattress was rather too soft, multiple dining rooms with different ambiance (dinner ending a little early at 20:30) and the wellness can be very busy.
Great staff and a nice quiet location next to the waterfall with the ski bus close by.

UkraineWe spent a wonderful New Year's week at this hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite. We arrived late and upon request they kindly brought dinner to our room. The room was large and warm. The spa area is small but very clean. Breakfasts were varied. The dinners were very tasty and beautifully presented. The waterfall and the park around it are beautiful. Zillertal Arena is a wonderful ski area.

AustriaThe hotel is located in the most perfect location, a 10 minute walk to the Waterfalls. . We only stayed 1 night, as we wanted to do the Waterfalls the next day. The room, where we stayed, was perfect, we had a lovely balcony and a very comfortable bed and pillow. It was clean and well worth the money. We had a meal in the evening, 4 courses, which was absolutely delicious, as a starter there was a buffet, salad etc, then a choice of 4 different meals as the main meal, then either a dessert, coffee or schnapps. The first drink was on the house, so a huge bonus there, and the service was great. Entry into the Waterfalls is also free, if you stay at the hotel, saving you 8€, so that's also a bonus, we were also allowed to leave the car in the hotel carpark, after checkout, whilst we walked upto the Waterfalls, saving us another 7€. So all in all a perfect holiday was had by both my husband and myself. I can honestly say, this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in.

Czech RepublicThe mattress was a bit soft, probably could have been already changed and no proper ventilation in the bathroom was quite a minus.
Location is very nice, it is next to the National park with Waterfalls, ski lifts are also not that far, reachable by skibus standing nearby or by car. Halfboard was an excellent choice as the food was delicious, the services such as wellness area are very nice and cosy.

RomaniaThe room was smaller than in the photos but it was cozy, clean and the bed wad comfortable. . Also the swimmingpond is really small, so Iif you have two families with children, it is already crowded.
The hotel has a nice flair, it is clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly, the food was very good and diverse. The wellnessarea has enough to offer. The location is great. one can see the waterfalls from the balcony and the hotel is easy to find.

United Arab EmiratesLocation is right infront of Krimml Falls Entry. Great view from the room, you can see the falls from the bed room. Best Part was the restaurant. 5 🌟 🤩 for the Dinner set menu. The 3 course menu comes at a price of 10 euro only. It is worth at least 30 to 40 Euro. Don't miss the dinner .Jamie the server was just too good.

The balcony provided really nice view, the bathroom was very spacious and absolutely clean, wifi worked fine. The staff was really nice and helpful. I'd recommend staying there if you're going to visit Krimml waterfalls.

GermanyA hotel is a bit "dated", but well maintained. As well you could hear a waterfall (that's good) and a street (that's bad) from a hotel room with open windows. so if you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem (it was not a problem for us) I missed having additional hooks in the bathroom (on the door for example) and a little fainting couch in the room. I couldn't see the waterfall from our room, only heard it :( but there are rooms with a waterfall view, so it is you and your luck
The dinner first night was awesome (Italien buffet). All other nights were good too, but the first one was unbeatable. The location is good, less than 15 minutes walking to the Krimml waterfalls. The staff is friendly and gave us advice regarding hiking on one of the days. We were provided with a kettle on our request, I found it very nice too There is a very nice pound outside with sunbeds and a swallow area for small kids. It was very hot during our stay and we loved to stay there. and there is a kids room with different toys. We have got free admission to Krimml waterfalls with a guest card, it was a nice bonus for us.

We received a very warm welcome. As we were celebrating a family member's birthday, we had a few requests which were all fulfilled with a smile and very, very nicely. Wonderful relaxation is possible at the pool. We had not imagined the stay to be so nice and also the food was very good.
