Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI booked two junior suites because i wanted to avoid family members fighting for which room they wanted to stay. The hotel took the reservation of two junior suites but could not give me that even for a 6 day stay! That part was disappointing.
Ritz Carlton is located at an excellent place. Many places are walking distance from it. Staff is very polite. Rooms were good. Breakfast was exceptional because of both food and service. Breakfast manager is exceptional.

Everything was up to standard and even exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is very near to lots of attractions. The room is clean and spacious. Housekeeping is on another level. TaiwanWe didn’t know there is an extra charge to eat breakfast at first floor restaurant. It wasn’t clear that we are supposed to eat the breakfast in the executive lounge. So I was surprised when check out, but the Hotel mention they will ask to waive the cost and did refund the cost after few days. It’s actually turn out to be a warm experience.
Everything is great. Executive lounge is a great plus since we have a 5 years old, it’s very convenient to have light food and drink, and rest in the lounge after a long walk in the city. The staff are super helpful and super nice to the children.

United Stateswe did not like the Italian restaurant located on the ground floor, next to the lobby: deceiving menu, low quality and quantity food. not up to the Ritz standards. doesn’t belong there. our first room was on the 6th floor facing courtyard as we asked for a quite room. ironically we could hear music coming from their rooftop bar till 1am. they moved us to the 3d floor of the old building which was nice of them. we did have to learn some functional differences in that room as it turned out to be wheelchair adapted (the only room available).
tall ceilings spacious room facing the beautiful garden, very quiet. functional and quite air conditioner, many quality perks in the bathroom. breakfast was good, stuff of course very helpful.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is only a 10 min walk from Vienna center and the area of restaurants. Breakfast was good and we were served exceptionally well.
