HungaryThe smell of the room smells bad, but we checked other room and they have the same sour smell. First we thought that a sweaty man was in our room, but as we did find the same problem in other rooms, I think it may be the cleaning material, the paint or something like that. Three of us agreed that it was nose squeezer. Otherwise we liked the room, the staff and the hotel so we hoop you can find the reason :)
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location and crazy design. The spa is exceptional and clean.

Excellent breakfasts and dinners, food was constantly being replenished. Sauna and jacuzzi were included in the price of the stay, a fee of 10 EUR only for the rental of a bathrobe. Great location, 5 minute drive to Kitzsteinhorn, own parking.

The staff was very friendly, especially the servers in the restaurant. I think they went beyond the basics and were very pleasant. Live music one evening was very nice as well. The pool was great for the family, warm room and nice water temperature. There are two bus stops close and free to use in Kaprun and also free if you have a ski pass to get to Sell am See but if you have skis they don't even check. Food was at a good level and you have an all you can eat buffet so it's good for those hungry teenagers.

Czech RepublicThe drying of the ski boots is absolutely insufficient (at least the four bottom rows are useless in this regard, they ONLY serve as storage for the boots), when the boots are sweaty/wet, they don't dry until the next day, and that's very annoying! The wellness area, when the hotel is more full, is insufficient.

DenmarkAfter the second or third day, the WiFi didn't work at all in the bedroom. Only in the common areas. Also, the mattress could have been cleaner, as well as the bedroom in general. They don't clean your room unless you specify you want them to clean it.
Great location and very good breakfast. The included dinner was also convenient and good. The staff was excellent, super friendly and warm. The sauna and spa area was also very nice and clean. We went every afternoon, perfect to recover after a day of intense ski.

AustriaThe bathroom and toilet were not renovated and looked outdated. There weren’t small shampoos and toiletry accessories, which I somewhat expected from 4 stars hotel. The corridors and the restaurant do not match the concept of the hotel at all. The elevator worked fine, but made weird noises and was rather scary. There is nothing much to do in Kaprun and Zell am See in Novmeber if you do not go skiing, as almost everything is closed until 1st of December. The hotel breakfast was missing avocado and salmon, which are of course extras, but some 4 star hotels do have them. The napkins were branded with the old logo. The wellness area and the saunas were operational only 5h a day which is why they were quite full. Not all saunas had an extra water with aroma for the pour over the stones.
The new rooms are cool. We were in mint Green room. I quite liked the funky interior! The ceasing in the lobby is quite artistic also, loved it! The restaurant was good. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Not WOW, but good. It was interesting that on Friday evening the dinner was a lot more high-end with menu to choose from and nicely plated dishes served to the table. On Saturday, to our surprise, it was a buffet with burger and ribs, so interesting contrast. Patrick from the hotels restaurant was an amazing waiter, such a nice person! The wellness area was good. Not really renovated and not matching the concept of boutique funky pop-up hotel, but nice nonetheless. The saunas were a nice add-on to the whole vacation. The pool had a lot of inflatables wich made it more fun. The view was nice. The price was also good considering that breakfast and dinner were included.

United Arab Emiratesthere was major renovation at the hotel where half of it is under painting (internally and externally), and this caused some disturbance, especially the last day when the elevator was not working and on check out had to bring my suitcases down the stairs alone. two guys at the cafeteria need to learn that smiling is healthy and can make customers feel at home. rooms cleaning was not good enough for the star rating this property have.
BF was decent but repetitive every day. the front side of the hotel was under renovation, so they gave us back rooms where it had an amazing view with the river down the balcony. front office staff were nice however (except for one guy) they didn't know much about the area and where should 1st timers visit let alone.

Location, breakfast and dinner are excellent. Rooms are clean and cozy. Sofa bed was not very comfortable, normal bed was fine. Great to have a summer card as it allows to visit for free amazing destinations and thanks for letting our staff stay until the evening.
