Furniture extremly soiled, including all furnishing cushions. It can be greatly improved with some refreshment and TLC. It was also extremely noisy, renovations were carried out in the next-door apartment, and on a number of balconies. This will need to be planned and carefully managed.

The only downside was that most of the window latches were broken, so we couldn't open the windows, and the kitchen blind didn't open.

Expected better quality toiletries. No hand towel in the toilet and only one face washer provided.

Lovely panoramic views from the apartment as has big windows throughout. Furniture was comfortable and modern. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds.

Basement carpark extremely tight and my BMW bottomed out on the hump of the driveway coming in and going out. Because of that I could not use my allocated space.

The things I didnt like, can't be changed, therefore not anyones fault. The bed in the main room was on a platform of some type with three stairs going up beside each side of bed. You had to go up these stairs to get on the bed, you had to be careful going to the toilet in the middle of the night, remembering that these stairs were there. It was very wierd, and because the bed was elevated, there was no ceiling fan or aircon, this was fine as the weather was cool when we were there, but could be problematic in the middle of summer. The other thing was the car park, it was very tight and there wre two of them, the first one your instincts take you to is the wrong one.

Beachfront towers were exactly that, It was accross the road from the beach. The apartment was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. I knew the building was old and so my expextations weren't high. The place was clean and you had everything in the kitchen that you needed.

Facilities in particular kitchen equipment was very limited and the single beds were very small.

Couldn’t get to pool as not disability friendly (four big steps to get into pool area). Hated the locks to try and get to entertainment area - lift, two locked doors etc.

Parking was a NIGHTMARE! The space was so tight with pillars on three sides that we couldn't get our car out when another car was parked next to ours. We asked to be moved to another spot.

windows and doors could do with fly screens as we opened the windows there were insects coming in even we were on the 7th floor. The balcony needed a clean.

The driveway into the carpark is a nightmare. There should be a warning, our car bottomed out on the ramp every time we went in or out. The car space was extremely small. I had to get out so we could park. My husband climbed across my seat to get out of the car. There were not enough pillows in our room. Especially being a Superior room you would expect 4. There were 2 pillows on the bed in the master, none in the cupboard. 3 pillows in the other double. The room was checked before we arrived. I'm sure it was cleaned and maybe not used since Christmas. The bed had hairs, dust etc where is was exposed. The doona cover was dirty. I washed it. My daughter refused to sleep until I cleaned the bedding.

The view was amazing. The pool was warm, best used in morning or lunchtime as shaded in afternoon. Enjoyed playing pool in the games room. We had a superior room and it was newly renovated and trendy. Lots of dishes, big fridge and the view again from the kitchen, balcony and bedrooms amazing. The bathroom had a washer/dryer which was great for us. A lovely coffee shop, Nandos and Maccas in walking distance. Also convenience store and bottle shop around the corner.

The toilet had a slight funky smell.

The apartment had a modern beachy feel with a well stocked kitchen and fantastic views of the ocean. The games room was a great bonus. Excellent location, Close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

We had water 💦 issues in our apartment due to a fierce storm rain came thru windows and sliding door had to be transfered to another apartment at early hours of morning delighted with assistance by staff to assist us

Location was unreal parking a lil tight , pity so light thru windows and a lot street noise and maintance site next door early hours but luv staff assistance and second apartment was wonderful

Location, nice staff, comfy bed and ocean view. Well appointed with all equipment required.

The balcony was small and a bit unnerving, otherwise a lovely unit. The bedrooms weren't air conditioned, only fans, so a bit hot pending the temperature of the day, but it's QLD, can't expect too much.

It was a great location for walks and to the beach. The view from our room was amazing to wake up and look out to see each morning. Cafes nearby were delicious and affordable. The rooms were spacious, heaps of room for a portacot and room to move around still. Lovely living room to spend time in, air-conditioning was lovely in that part of the unit. A perfect spot for our first family holiday with our 5mth old :D
