Nices rooms, great view, very clean

Our room was situated next to the rubbish disposal, therefore our room had the ongoing aroma relating to, well, rubbish 🤢. Not one to complain, and being extremely grateful for the early check in (at no extra cost) we decided to grin and bare it!

Meriton Suites exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness, spacious accommodations, and top-notch amenities. The friendly and attentive staff made our stay truly memorable, going above and beyond to cater to our needs.

Nice spacious apartment. Great views. Good size kitchen with a decent size fridge. Washing machine and dryer.

The shower / bathroom - needs repair and upgrades. The beds are a bit hard for my liking.

Awesome room. Amazing staff. Great value for money. Facilities need a little makeover / repairs. Shower was not good at all - water goes outside the door and it’s very small.

A little bit pricy, but with great location and size.

Centrally located in CBD, walking distance to many attractions and shopping malls. The suite was very clean, pretty new, and is quite large, with a full kitchen and its own laundry. WiFi was good.

Only down side was the bath/shower was dirty. Had high expectations for the hotel.

Beautiful 2 night stay. Bedding was so comfortable. Good location walking g distance to restaurants and cafes but far enough away to not hear party life. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Checkin staff (Margo) was super helpful and welcoming however on check out staff were not interested and dismissive. I always book with Meriton for the altitude suits and also advocate for them with all friends and family. This time I booked a smaller apartment on level 16 which is not the view I’m used to with Meriton. The check in staff Margaret was super considerate and I obliged to compromise. I requested a viewing of the altitude suits to show my visiting friend for future bookings however the staff on check out were very unhelpful and dismissive even though I waited for an hour and a half to give them time to organise a 2 minute viewing. When I had to check out to catch my flight I was given excuses and excuses contradicting what other staff members said about organising the viewing. It was an awful experience I felt like there was no interest in providing me with a little service. A service that I wanted to use to help me advocate and continue to recommend and return to your business. Was very disappointing.

Found a dead cockroach in the kitchen drawer. Not a fully modern hotel as things were somewhat slightly dated and older than other meritons that I have stayed in. Definitely didn't feel like a "5 star" stay. Maybe a lower end 4 star hotel. Also dont really appreciate that they only clean rooms every 3 days.

The room was excellent and easily accommodated 3 people with each room having it's own ensuite. Brilliant views of the river and easy walking distance to everything we needed. Highly recommended and would stay again.
