having to wait 1/2 an hour to get the key because the person attending the check in counter was off on lunch and the door was locked with a sign on the inside. especially frustrating when you have to specify when booking what time you would be arriving

The room was clean, not the newest but well maintained and extremely happy with the facilities. the shower was awesome and had plenty of hot water. the bed was comfy and the tv had all the digital channels.

Didn’t have dinner plates. Had had to use saucers for our food. No kitchen sink and I’m not a fan of using the bathroom sink to wash dishes. I was not able to use the swimming pool for the 4 days I stayed as it was undergoing cleaning.

Excellent facilities for the dogs and the cleanest pet friendly accommodation I have stayed in. I forgot some clothes in the wardrobe and the hotel had it sent back to me within a few days. Really great service overall.

Not sure if they had people that stay/live there but it wasn’t a pleasant experience when you walk out side and all you can smell is weed. I had to toilet my dogs and every time I went outside all I could smell is weed coming from the room next door to us. I also saw people smoking weed in an under cover area near the dog yard… they did look like they lived in the park.. or work not to sure.

No outside lights which made late arrival tricky. Would have liked to have some arm chairs in the room like in photos. Bathroom very old and this made it look slightly unclean. Not sure it was worth the money - was very basic.

1. The room was not clean, the switchboard had hair on it, the bathroom had hair and shower screen was not clean. 2. Our room was broken into at 3am midnight by a drunk man who kept claiming this was his room and showed us a copy of the keys and opened our door (we were very frightened and could not sleep all night) 3. The bedsheet had black dirty lining.

The staff were good. When we called them to explain the situation they understood us.

The bathroom set up with the vanity outside the bathroom. Starting to really show its age, certainly needs a fresh coat of paint

The beds were quite comfortable and the bed linen crisp and clean. I personally found the pillows just a bit too soft, prefer a pillow with more support. The room was quite warm and with good quality curtains there was very little traffic noise inside the Unit.

Shower and basin blocked up to the point of overflowing, beds really uncomfortable, reception staff rude, dog poo everywhere, no room serviced, really old and uncared for.

My allocated room was not cleaned from previous occupant. No WIFi. Been down for some weeks. Shld be noted on Website. Given larger room. Very cold Smelly dirty blankets in the cupboard and could not use them Heating was difficult to work out. Very cold night I had a hot water bottle by coincidence so had to use to be warm.
