The perfect hotel for our visit to Bruges. A comfortable bed, cosy room and friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions in the historic centre.

The only thing I would point out is that in the Google description, plus some of the Google reviews, it mentions a complimentary breakfast and it is NOT free... it is 20 euros per person. Also, and this didn't matter to us for this stay but if it's important to you, you cannot connect to your own Netflix, Amazon, etc. The ports are all covered.

Very beautiful and cozy rooms... LOVE the soft lighting! The bed was comfortable and the shower (in the upgraded room) was really nice! And the location was wonderful... right in the heart of the old town!

The only thing we were disappointed with was not Bruges itself but the inadequate facilities at Eurostar Brussels.

The staff were very attentive and very welcoming. The hotel is in a superb location so close to all the historic places and buildings. A tad expensive in the restaurants but it was expected.

The room was beautiful. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes from the main square and the Belfry. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a huge choice for breakfast too. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Not much we didn't like, although one thing: we stayed for 3 nights and although we had complimentary toiletries on arrival, these did not get replenished during our stay; luckily I had brought a travel shampoo & conditioner and we used the soap to shower with.

Beautiful property, chic bedroom (albeit compact and bijou!), very comfortable bed so we slept extremely well. The breakfast is superb - well worth including breakfast in your stay. Friendly staff and check-in & check-out both went very smoothly and we were able to leave our cases for a few hours whilst we wandered around Bruges and took a tour of the famous Tower. Beautiful city, would definitely return!

The hotel was decorated very cutely. There was a coffee machine in our room and the lady working accompanied us to the room and explained how to use the coffee machine. There was tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. They offered us Belgian chocolate as we entered the hotel. We loved our room and the friendly hotel staff. If we come again we would like to stay here. thank you for everything🙏🌸
