While my overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that could have been improved. Firstly, the shower didn't drain the water properly, leading to accumulation on the shower base and eventually wetting everything. Additionally, it would be appreciated to have smaller towels available for the sink, as we found that the two big towels provided were insufficient for our needs in that area.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, which was perfect for exploring the city. Situated right next to St. Baafs Kathedraal, it made getting around incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff were not only incredibly friendly but also very helpful, providing excellent recommendations and assistance whenever needed.

See above, and the bathroom of one of our two bedrooms had a slight but always present stench from the sewer. We reported this and the hotel will look into it they said.

It is all focused on functionality, from the rooms to the hallways to the restaurant. Very clean and functional, but not much is very welcoming, I travel a lot and most hotels are more welcoming, warmer. We will pick our next hotel with these criteria in mind. Location is great though and staff very helpful.

A fridge of any size would have been handy, and the room was a little smaller than anticipated. We felt that the photos didn't represent that fairly. We have stayed in many European hotels and we understand that the rooms are smaller than Canadian hotels, but this room was just a bit tighter than anticipated. The hotel is in a busy area of town and if you're room is facing the square, the weekend nite noise could be a bit off putting, but the views facing the square are spectacular.

Comfortable bed, really good shower, wifi reception was great, the location would be hard to beat - surrounded by historical buildings and public gathering squares. Tram and bus lines right outside the door, 20 minute walk, flat walk no hills, from the train station.

Legroom on toilet was nonexistent. Really annoying. Seriously consider refurbishing this, all rooms with this layout will leave bad reviews.

The only negative aspect is the parking garage. It is very narrow and there is a very high risk to crush the car. Except this point, everything else was perfect.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast is diverse and tasty, while the personnel is very friendly.

Restricted car parking spaces meant we had to park elsewhere but that was ok for one night.

Awesome hotel

The location is great, and it literally put you in the center of the action. All stores are literally walking distances from the hotel. Restaurant’s are just a few meters away , and also if you love history you are right in the center. Only exception is the heat in the room. It might need some servicing done.

Our room was right by the lifts and it was quite noisy at times with people coming and going from the same floor.

We couldnt get the air conditioning to work and even switched rooms and it still didnt work. So the nights were incredibly hot.

The staff were amazing super friend and helpful. The hotel bar was very nice. The location was perfect right next to an amazing cathedral. The room was suitable.

I booked the hotel for my husband, he said it was all good but he started to have a rash during his stay and the doctor just said he got scabies (obviously during the night at the hotel)
