Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWiFi slow but not surprising due to location. We could have done with a bigger table as not many surfaces to put things on. Also, we would have preferred a dedicated double bed as opposed to two singles pushed together, as this creates a dip in the middle. Singles make it easier for twin occupancy so we totally understand why the owners have this for flexibility.
Absolutely lovely hosts. Warm welcome and nothing too much trouble throughout our stay if additional items or information needed. Location ideal for Spa racing circuit (15mins) and great town of Malmedy for supermarkets, cafes etc (8 minutes). Property setting was up in the hills - Quiet and beautiful with views of fields. Parking right outside the accommodation.

GermanyThe place is about 20 minutes away from the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. It's beautiful and very relaxing. The hosts are super nice and helpful. The apartment has everything you might need, including a small kitchen. There is a garden where one can sit and relax. Grilling is also possible. I would highly recommend the breakfast. It includes fresh, homemade yogurt and jam, among other things. The hosts are open to accommodate requests. We had a short, but really nice stay and will definitely be back.

GermanyOur stay at La Renardiere was amazing. This was our first trip to Belgium and it didn’t disappoint. The location was so beautiful and peaceful. Bernard and Evelyne’s beautiful farmhouse was so charming and inviting. The rooms are well equipped with everything you will need. If not, just ask! They were both so friendly and helpful with all of our needs. If you want a special experience, this is the place to stay. You arrive as strangers, but leave as friends. Thank you for making our visit so special.
