Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BelgiumI didn’t like the fact that we should pay extra for bedsheets, wood logs and for electricity. It’s true that it was announced in the booking. However , not really really clearly. When our all this together the price went up to €500 for two nights which I find a little bit excessive.

BelgiumThe toitlet was on the subground floor, but this was not really a problem.
The triplex was very cozy, clean and well equipped. The host, Laurent, has been super nice, listening to our needs and making our staying the most confortable and practical. The sheets were super soft and the kitchen had absolutely everything (even a nespresso machine). The space was very well managed; there is also a convertible in the living room. The views were amazing and the location near by all the good plans. We would certainly come back as soon as we can!

NetherlandsWe had a great stay at the triplex. The communication with the host was super clear and enjoyable, all our questions were timely answered and the check-in was super easy and smooth. The triplex itself was very clean,modern and quite big. There is a lot of space, nice equipped kitchen, even a sink in the upstairs bedroom which was super handy -basically, everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the balcony view and the bbq facilities. The location is very picturesque, especially if you enjoy hiking or cycling, there are a lot of places to explore. We were travelling with a dog and a newborn baby and couldn’t explore much of areas around ( hiking with a baby stroller is not the best idea), but nevertheless we found a lot of nice routes nearby including the Malmedy center which is worth visiting.

United StatesThere is only one critique of this property that can be noted, and that is the single shower is located in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Not a challenge for families but perhaps to be notes for friends or others sharing the unit.
The location of this flat is atop the hill in Malmedy with a fantastic view of the area. The multilevel unit is well designed and perfect for families. The fireplace, open kitchen and living area are only made better by the outdoor patio. The gated community is safe and quiet and only minutes from the center of Malmedy and 15 minutes to Spa Francorchamps. We will definitely be back!

United KingdomDriving there is most appropriate but good for exercise up the hill.
Very neat, Functional, Quiet, Well Equipped and fantastic view of the woods and hills. The host is remarkable and with prompt response. Very Good for camping or a good full weekend getaway. it can actually house a complete family easily.
