The only room available in my price range was a wheelchair accessible unit. While it was beautiful, I found it to be a bit noisy as it was situated directly in front of the elevator, and the automatic door did not have as flush of a seal around the edges to dampen the noise from the common areas. That said, proximity to the elevator and the smooth threshold through the door entrance ensures that it's easy to get to for anyone in a wheelchair.

Facilities were incredibly clean, roomy and updated. The staff was kind and helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast looked wonderful, but I was unable to try it due to dietary restrictions. Otherwise, no complaints! Plus, I love that there's a little convenience shop next to the front desk. This came in great handy while travelling as I'm notorious for forgetting little things!

Nice new facility - everything new. Breakfast good. Location good: Walmart, Dollarama, banks, Tims, etc all within a few mins walk or a few blocks by car (Original "Downtown" and hiking trails a couple of KM west on Bowes). Hotel close off Highway 400 too. Note that the hotel is "pet friendly" so you are likely to see dogs in the lobby. There are EV chargers out front (Level 2) and a Tesla/NACS high-speed charger (Level 3) a block or two east, on Louisa St (driveway just past the PetroCan/Starbucks, north of Bowes).

This is a top-notch hotel. Everything new, clean, modern. We had room with 2 queen beds, very comfortable. Tv with cable, coffee maker, fridge. Heater/ac unit works perfectly. We tried the pool, amazing experience. They have a gym as well. Breakfest excellent as well..egg omelets, patties..everything tasty. Hotel is in an excellent location. Right behind hotel is walmart,dollarama, marks. Then there is a lot of pizzas, mcdonalds,subway ( i recommend caribbean resto 3 min far by car)

We just wish that some of the clients/guests would be a bit more caring by removing their dirty/muddy boots before entering the hotel.

A minor issue about the shower. Water coming from the shower is not strong enough.

It is clean and the location is good. There are varieties of breakfast and breads.

I didn't like the fact that we paid for two nights and wanted to take advantage of the hotel's pool but the pool was closed without prior notice for maintenance. The staff should at least mention when you book the room that they have a scheduled pool maintenance. we would have canceled our reservation. we did not even get back a discount.

Hotel is newly renovated or built and it looks great. The lobby and the rooms are all in great condition and very well maintained. Great location. Quite Hotel. Free parking. Gym and Pool.

Breakfast was okay; we didn‘t like the plastic cutlery and plates and cups though (so much waste; why not use porcelain plates and glasses and real cutlery?).

Everything was great. The breakfast was ok. I feel it could have been hotter and I really don’t like peameal bacon. Lol it was a great experience and I will definitely go back.
