The washer was hard to start.

The decor was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The linens and towels were of good quality. I had a view of the mountains from my bedroom and living room.

There was no Oil and pepper in the suite, Also the furniture in the balcony was not clean. The hot and the cold water in the ensuite was not functioning well, it was either too hot or too cold.

A/c system didn't cool well but it was warmer than normal. We understood the geo- thermal system but it didn't work good for the 80 degree temps.

Internet access via wifi in the unit had connectivity issues which needed us to reset the router every couple of hours. When it was working, it was extremally slow. we didnt want to start to deal with tech support for a 3 nights stay so mostly used cell internet. The water pressure was fairly low and also was surprised that the shower did not include a handhold wash.

Pleasant stay in a feel like home unit. We had everything we needed and enjoyed having day to day essentials. Location was good, with easy access to HWY 1 and Banff park.

Did not like that we had to book a time in the hot tub. It did not work well for us and as a result we did not use.

The walls between the rooms within the apartment were quite thin.

Clean and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including cooking essentials, toiletries and washer and dryer. Looks out onto the little stream outside.

Beautiful property in a great location - an easy 10-25 minute walk to Canmore village. Also love the facilities (gym, hot tub etc) and room cleanliness. Huge property comfortable fit 4 adults and 2 children. Love the fireplace

Very good customer service. Anytime I needed something, it was immediately met. A gentleman by the name Deepak was exceptional. Will definitely return for a longer stay. We stayed for 5 days in July 2022.

Bathroom - disliked both showers, especially the master. The temperature adjustment is awful - long wait for hot water to arrive, then it was terribly difficult to adjust. Small changes went from scalding hot to icy cold. Air conditioning...if it was working at all...was inadequate. Kitchen - lighting over stove and in microwave were burned out. Also, the dishwasher had not been run (per condo guidelines) and had not been checked by cleaning staff. Full of dirty dishes and a detergent pack in the holder and ready to go.

The location and close proximity to Banff are excellent. Well-equipped kitchen will all the necessary utensils. Quiet location and the secure underground garage are definite plusses. Virtual check-in was seamless and painless.

Toilet underneath the seat could have been cleaned, it was still dirty from the previous guests. We indicated 3 guests but only received 2 towels.

Excellent location, general cleanliness and size of the apartment exceeded expectations. Nice to have the fireplace in the living room and heated floor in the bathroom. The BBQ was a nice touch.

The exact address not easy to find with all the messages we got, only one parking available, if you have another car there is very limited number of visitors parking spots

Very well located 25 mins drive to Banff , closed to grocery and stores, beautiful view, the suite is bigger then it looks, pool table and spa available.

Charged $147 for cleaning fee but I was told to empty the garbage when I check out. Why I was charged for cleaning fee?

parking was a bit tight in the underground stalls but nothing could be done about that. lots of street parking at the time of our visit.
