Tsarevets Design and Spa is a fantastic retreat. We found a parking space right away witch is a parity these days. The spa offers a variety of treatments that are both relaxing and revitalizing. The therapists are skilled, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The traditional food is excellent, with a good selection of tasty dishes. Set in a beautiful location, it's an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended for a refreshing break

It's my another stay in the hotel, this time we invited family as well, for which the apartment we've booked was great. Pity we stayed only one night, because place have everything you need - fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, living room. Beds were very comfortable, bedsheets clean and fresh. The apartment was clean, and there is no problem with check-in, taking the keys from the host is very convenient.

The host was very responsive, and also we were lucky to receive the upgrade from him, for which we're extremely grateful. The stay was amazing, room are on the opposite sides of the apartment, which is giving you more privacy - every of the room had a balcony and private bathroom. Additionally there is a huge terrace. Location is perfect. Parking spot very convenient and safe.

Getting the keys was super easy, I've received the instruction from the host. No problem with check-in late. The idea for the flat is nice. Beds were comfy. Location is great. Place provided the essentials like hair dryer, iron, some coffee and tee + towels of course.

The lock in the door was working with pretty big trouble, and making a lot of noise. The light switch to the restroom wasn't working, unless you were holding it constantly. The toilet and bathroom are tiny, but for me personally was enough. Only cold water in the bathroom sink (wasn't checking the kitchen).
