Good location, easy walking distance to everything you might need. Refurbished rooms are very nice. Works still ongoing - which can be noisy from 08:30 throughout the day. Helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet included - would stay again.

Internet wasnt working, they do ask for a deposit (which is more than the actual rent). They had someone fixing the tap, and it was quite confusing, because the owner said 'someone would come 'during the afternoon'.

This location was not provided breakfast so that i knew it. i like to location that the one of the the most famous beaches in the world COPACABANA! it was so close by walk just 5minutes.

We went by private car and it was very difficult to find parking. You can't even imagine the traffic in Rio. My advice is to find a cheap flight ticket and use Uber. The flat was not clean, especially the floors. I would like to give some information about the 1 double room. It is not what it looks like in the photos, they are really deceiving people, this is not nice at all. Half of the double bed is actually a bed that you can lie on, but the other side is made of hard material, I couldn't understand how such a bed could be made. Also, unfortunately, I have to say the same thing about the small bases that come out from under the bed, they are made of hard material, there is no bed, you have to bring a soft bed with you, it is impossible to sleep there, apart from that, there is air conditioning, it works without any problems and the bed in the other room was a really normal bed, we slept our elderly guests there. The air conditioners were also working. Since the bases coming out from under the beds were inconvenient, our other two guests had to spend the night on the sofa bed in the living room. For the first time in my life, I had such a bad experience during a holiday. I wanted to write this comment even if it was somewhere I stayed for only 1 night. Still, the apartment is an ideal place to stay for 2-3 people at an affordable price in a place like Rio, incredibly close to the beach and in a good location. If you are 4 or more people, I would recommend another place.

The building smells mold, mattress was a low quality one and the whole place needs some serious renovation. It’s far from being a 4 star hotel as it is rated online (I would give it 2 stars tops); it’s passable for a one night sleep but I wouldn’t spend more time than that. There was a leak on the roof right on my floor, not sure how was the rest of the building. If you are coming from the US, forget about complementary bottle of water in the room, much less a basic coffee maker in the room.
