Staff were super helpful and the facilities were excellent. The location could not be more central, being near the train station. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner were provided and were of good quality. The price is very affordable for Geneva and it is not at the expense of quality.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel. My room was at the front facing the main road so this could be an issue for light sleepers, but this wasn't an issue for me and I slept well

Near to main attractions very convenient location for roaming in the city and to reach chair lifts and train station

There was no lift and very narrow stairs to go up. Nobody was there to guide how to check inn since we booked late at night and reached after 8 pm. Very dim light in the room

Full of ants. No Internet during our three nights stay which made our life and communication quite hard due to the roaming system in Switzerland. One of the sleeping rooms was almost unusable. Only small children can enter the room.

Good location. Kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Television did not have signal (and couldn't be fixed when issue raised), lift broke twice, no hot breakfast. Tiny bedroom with loo next to the bed (separated by a sliding screen). No air conditioning. Regardless of the cost of living in Switzerland, on a global scale I expect more from a three star hotel.

The room size was too small. The space was cramped with 2 single beds which left barely enough room to walk between bed and wall. The plastic chair was almost unusable in the space. No room for suitcase. The bed was never made correctly as sheets did not fit securely.

Considering it’s a four star property, the experience could have been better. The facilities, the involvement and articulation of the staff, the upkeep definitely needs a thought. We especially did not find the staff courteous enough. Even though we were told the bar will close at 1100, we were turned away much earlier even without a glance. In the restaurant too - the staff was in a hurry and even missed our order. No one picks up the reception number when you try from the room. Overall, it’s such a beautiful property and a lot can be done to make it better.
