Cute little house close to Irazu Volcano National Park. It's a little old fashioned but had a well equipped kitchen. A good option for an early start at the volcano. Make sure you book entrance tickets to the volcano online in advance - they are not available on the gate.

Great little hotel with fab views of the volcano from the room and the pool. The restaurant is quite basic but there are a few other options close by, including an excellent Japanese next door.

This hotel is popular with tour groups (and student groups while we were there) which can be a bit noisy.

We had a cockroach in the bathroom and +++mosquitos but I guess it’s expected staying surrounded by nature. You get a mosquito net which helps

Good value hotel in Drake. We booked before and after our overnight trip into Corcovado, for the second night we upgraded to a superior room, which was well worth the extra money.

The staff were really helpful and arrange a tourguide for us for Manuel Antonio Park. Rooms were good and pool bar area a good place to hang out.

Comfortable room with AC, good pool and in a great location. Our breakfast was included so was good value for money.

Bar was closed for most of the time we were there, then the one night it was open the music was really loud. Hob in the kitchen didn’t work well. Would be great to have more comfortable seating around the pool.
