Everything was absolutely wonderful. We received the code right on time, and access to both the building and the apartment was a breeze. The apartment, situated on the fifth floor of a 19th-century building, offered a breathtaking view of the Vltava River and Prague Castle. This historical setting added a special ambiance to our stay. We found the appartment very comfortable, well-ventilated, with two bathrooms, and included a washing machine, which was important for us. The location is simply phenomenal. Positioned near the Dancing House, tram stops right below our windows provided easy access to all key sites, and Staroměstské náměstí was just a short walk away. A big shopping mall, Nový Smíchov, which has everything including a Tesco supermarket open until midnight, was only a fifteen-minute walk or a few tram stops away. We were absolutely delighted with the apartment.

I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast as I didn't know I had to book it. It didn't bother me much however, since I'd much rather make discoveries and eat outside. The room was ok, even tho it smelled a bit "odd". The location was fine, no outside noise when the windows are closed. With the windows open however, you can obviously hear the river and or the traffic depending on which side you're sleeping on.

The smell was a bit funky, I'm not gonna lie. The layout and entrance was a bit weird to find, like the hotel is located above some type of government building. It can be on the noisier side if people have -say- showers at night. You'll definitely hear the hum of activity around breakfast time, but nothing that bothered me too much.

The room was spacious with a lovely view of the park. When we opened the doors in the morning we heard birds chirping and felt secluded in the centre of Prague. The cable car was fun for our kids and also gave a great view of Prague. The swimming pool and sauna were well maintained and excellent. We also loved the touch of welcome drinks and pastries !

The room service/ restaurant were not flexible when we wanted some simple food for our children (eggs/ a bread roll/ a glass of milk) telling us it wasn't on the menu. This felt rigid given surely they had a breadroll available

This property was outstanding 10/10. Daniela was a great host who helped us with our room took time out to show the points of interest of the town and also parking the car. The room was big and clean very homely. Breakfast was to die for very fresh and hot and cold.

We loved the interior spaces (dining room, bedrooms, pool area). The buffet dinner and breakfast was delicious, fresh and an excellent range. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Not so clean. Top shelves were full of dust. Breakfast is not in the hotel. No 24h reception. Old building with renovated loft.
