The equipment of the apartment was new, in the kitchen there were all the necessary things, in the bathroom nothing was missing, the staff was very helpful. The apartment is a short walk from the metro and supermarket. It has a strategic location.

Comfortable room, great breakfast and choice. Amazing views from our 3rd floor room. Reception staff were extremely helpful in organising airport trips and tram trips. 16th century building with lovely features.

Lift was in use for luggage only and stairs were quite winding. Got used to walking up and down though over the 4 days stop. Other than that, excellent

The location was close to the tram stop without having the noise.

Stayed 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once even though I booked the days for cleaning. I had to complain but still no cleaning. I had to go to reception to collect clean towels. The staff were less than helpful.
