      It was nice hotel not too far away from centre. Staff were helpful and polite.

      Bathroom needs to be renovated. It was clean but the facilities had seen better days.

      The location was great, very close to everything and right in the center.

      The apartment was simply not the one that they show in pictures. The address is also not the same, but I was "lucky" to get a central one, I guess. The pictures shown for reservation have a great view and a big window, while the apartment I got was an attic. When I complained they said "they cant put pictures of all the apartments they had". However, if I knew the apartment was an attic I wouldnt have booked it. I complained to Booking and they refunded half of the money, but they need to stop misleading customers. I checked for places on the day and there were way better options for the same price. On top of that, they charge a 200 EUR deposit which is just insane and makes you afraid of complaining. I've never seen that and this was definetely my worst experience with Booking.
