Great hotel, very clean, centrally located with transport links right outside, supermarkets and restaurants in the same street. The guys on reception were very helpful, can only remember Daniels name, very courteous,. The breakfast was lovely and catered for all tastes.. we loved our stay here!

Being able to access the property earlier than that published was very good and for which we were very grateful. The location was very good. The host was excellent and friendly, she responded to messages very quickly.

Great location. Rooms were immaculate and the staff were excellent from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was very good, and great choice considering what I paid. Overall, this hotel is fantastic value for money.

It is a bit dated in the hall area, and the temperature in the shower was temperamental on the last day. The Wi-Fi signal can be poor in the bedrooms.

The bathroom is tiny, and the plug points are weirdly placed. Location is in a quiet lane, far from the old town. Need to take a bus and metro to get to old town.

The lifts weren’t working and I was on the 4th floor. There was NO way I could have carried my bag up there. The young man in reception, who was very polite, carried my bag up. He was very strong yet, he was having difficulty with all these steps, I COUNTED THEM, 104 STEPS !

Very poor, I stayed in two different rooms, the TV didn’t work at all in the first room, in the second room the TV only worked by plugging it in and to turn it off you had to do the same, which meant crawling under a table to do it, ridiculous! They said in the booking about hot water available in the reception for a cup of tea or coffee. Two mornings here was NO hot water, I was left standing about 10mins while they heated some up. The next morning they didn’t even have any normal, Black tea, not even one tea bag. Hard to believe. I paid £58 pounds the third night and couldn’t even get a cup of tea. Poor, very poor.
