The house itself is very nicely done. The kitchen is fully equipped, the standard is high, and the bathroom is clean. The living room features a speaker and a smart TV. There are also various card and board games available. On the property, there are two additional structures: a small garage that houses a grill and a fire pit area. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, and nothing is added just for show without being functional. For example, there are skewers for sausages at the fire pit and tongs and charcoal for the grill. Moving on to the last structure, there is a sauna that comfortably fits two people. The sauna heats up to 90 degrees in about 15 minutes. The entire property is in a secluded location with the sound of a waterfall in the background. One of the best mountain cottages in Europe I have had the pleasure of staying in. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Negative section of review
I need to mention one thing to validate my review and ensure it is not biased. The only thing I noticed but did not use was the soot-covered grill grate. I assume this was due to previous guests, but nonetheless, I think it would be worth spending a moment to clean it.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Marianske Lazne! Just one minute by foot to the 'singing fountain' and the Colonnada. The flat itself is spacious and very comfortable. We stayed there with 4 adults and one child (2 years) and it was just perfect for enjoying the city. The kitchen provides everything you'll need for making breakfast or dinner. We really did enjoy staying there and will come back!

Reception is not open 24/7 Toilet button didn’t work properly and sometimes was a leaking water sound Elevator stops between the floors and you need to bring manually the suitcase half a floor up Breakfast starts at 7.30 - not fitting early check outs
