Positive section of review
The location was beautiful. A fantastic view over Brno from the high hotel. The rooms were simple, but the beds were excellent. Slept well. I would book it again next time. We ate outside and the service was fast and correct. The breakfast was more than sufficient, but certainly not international.

There was nothing extra in the room/ Except a shampoo and a piece of soap. No coffee/tea facilities, no filled mini-bar, no shoehorn or sewing kit. Compared to other hotels in Germany for example, the price is on the high side. I ordered an asparagus risotto. The chef should google what a risotto like this is supposed to be. First of all, it was not risotto rice and I saw a few green dots of asparagus, but no asparagus taste at all. While this was recommended as a specialty.

The hotel provides all you need, and does it very well - a clean comfortable and spacious room without any fuss. The location is central but hidden away from the crowds and noise of other tourists. And the staff are always helpful and cheerful - a top family-run hotel with high standards

The way prices can vary from week to week when trying to book - in my case the room price went from fully booked (last room available!!) at 1000 euros a night to the price I eventually paid at around 70 euros a night (stop the algorithm madness).

Great location close by to all shops nearby are leisure facilities swimming pool ect. Also great scenery of nearby hills and mountains. Very helpful friendly staff. Green area with seating and tables.. Where you can order quality beers soft drinks and really good grub.

Just a simple thing.. Could have done with a kettle.. On previous visits there was able to borrow from the cellar for one week.. Love my tea

Big bedrooms, bathroom. Equipment was sufficient for short stay. I'd expect bigger towels.

I liked accomodation a lot but I'd recommend blinders at the windows at least in bedrooms. I missed a wardrobe or drawer.

The beds and wardrobes are perfect. The coffee machine (automatic) is very good.

The toilet is awful. One should wait at least 5 minutes to flush the toilet for the second time. The tap water is sometimes yellow or even brown (rust). In the kitchen always cold or barely warm water. No dishwasher, so you should wash all the plates and pans with barely warm water. No dish dryer, so the plates and pans take the whole table. No television in the bedroom, only in the kitchen. The flat is on the 5th floor and the lift goes only up to the 4th floor. So, not accessible.

Your neighbours key works on your hotel room also. 4 big ukrainian man and an old frontdesk lady came bashing in to our room at 4.30 A.M and woke us all. Other than that a basic hotel. No chairs.
